About the founder

Aysegul Baydemir is a result-oriented designer with more than 10 years of experience as a textile and fashion designer in the fashion field and 6 years of experience on lecturing fashion design with the ability to formulate the seasonal trend and introduce and execute innovative design ideas with a strong sense of fashion design and art.

 

Aysegul is particularly interested in the design and creative part of the fashion industry supported by her knowledge of Adobe Design Suite and ability of hand drawing as well as her academic research and education. Trained in textile and fashion design lies with strengths in designing a collection, style consultant, creating a whole design package utilizing trend forecasting from design to merchandising to product development. Aysegul is confident so far that she had gained in apparel design, fabric, print and dye techniques, styling, fitting and collection aspects awareness, and computer-aided design skills.

 

Studied art at Izmir Fine Arts High School. She graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Textile and Fashion Design department. After she worked as a fashion designer in the fashion field, she took Color and Product Development classes at Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. After returning to Turkey, she attend to fashion design competition named Koza Young Designers Contest in 2014 and 2016 selected among the top 10 young designers.

 

Continuing her academic life, she completed her Master's Degree in Marmara University, Textile and Fashion Design Department in 2019. Currently, she is continuing Proficiency in Arts Degree at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Textile and Fashion Design Department.
